BOMA honors Hughes Center building as “Office Building of the Year” in Las Vegas
At its annual TOBY awards program held Tuesday, October 25, 2011, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, the Nevada chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) honored 3770 Howard Hughes Parkway in Hughes Center as “the Office Building of the Year” with less than 100,000 square feet.
Located on the northeastern side of Hughes Center, 3770 Howard Hughes Parkway is a three-story Class A rectangular office building consisting of 63,758 rentable square feet. Bob Boykin, managing director for leasing in Las Vegas and Houston for Hughes Center owner Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC, said the building is stone-clad with a “sunset red” polished granite exterior, featuring punched window openings of silver reflective glass on a steel frame.
“On behalf of everyone associated with Crescent and Hughes Center, we’re honored to receive this latest award and thank BOMA for recognizing the innovative design and attention to detail we build into every building,” Boykin said.
In submitting the building for the award, Crescent said “the neutral lobby finishes maximize the natural daylight from the expansive windows while the chandelier, faux leather wall, metal art and planters add modern accents. The building is equipped with an access card-controlled security system, patrolled 24 hours a day, and monitored by digital color closed-circuit TV cameras located throughout the interior and exterior of the property.”

NAIOP Industry Impact Award
The Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, NAIOP, awarded Hughes Center their Industry Impact Award on February 26, 2011. The award recognizes the commercial property that best represents Class A development, a prestigious customer roster and an active and successful leasing program. Thank you to those who office at Hughes Center for the impact their firms have on Hughes Center’s success.

Crescent Named Best in Customer Service for 5th Consecutive Year
FORT WORTH, Texas (BUSINESS WIRE) - April 7, 2006 - Crescent Real Estate Equities Company (NYSE:CEI) has been awarded for the fifth consecutive year the National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence for the customer service it provides its office property customers. The award has been given by CEL & Associates, the largest surveyor of customer satisfaction in the real estate industry. In addition, 69 office properties owned by Crescent’s various subsidiaries have been named to the 2005 “A List,” the National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence at the property level.
The awards recognize those companies whose management performance and commitment to providing the highest level and quality of service achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. For five years running, customers of Crescent properties ranked the Company’s customer service and management in the highest percentile of the commercial real estate industry in the U.S.

Crescent Real Estate Equities Company (NYSE:CEI), one of the country’s largest real estate investment trusts, has been awarded for the third consecutive year the National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence for office properties on the company level by Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) and CEL & Associates, the largest surveyor of customer satisfaction in the real estate industry. In addition, 56, out of the 65 surveyed, office properties owned by Crescent’s various subsidiaries have been named to the 2003 “A List,” the National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence at the property level.
The awards recognize those companies whose management performance and commitment to providing the highest level and quality of service achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. In 2001, 2002 and 2003, customers of Crescent properties ranked the company’s customer service and management in the highest percentile of the commercial real estate industry in the U. S.
