The concierge desk is located in the lobby of the Wells Fargo Tower, 3800 Howard Hughes Parkway and is open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The phone number is 702.697.6805.

A note from the concierge:

My goal as Hughes Center's Corporate Concierge, is to become a source of information and when possible, to ease your busy schedule by coordinating a variety of services which are frequently needed by professionals such as you! I will strive to make your day a little easier, so you can concentrate on business.

Upon your request for a particular service, whether it's making a show or dinner reservation, coordinating a company function or finding a rare autographed first edition book, I will welcome the challenge or request. My time and efforts are free of charge to you, compliments of Crescent Real Estate Equities, LP. You will only be responsible for payment of requested services directly to the provider or vendor.

"So what IS a concierge and what DOES one do?"
"Oh, she's the lady in the lobby that sits there and says "Good Morning" and "Bye" to us every day."

Well, yes, that's true and a whole lot more! The word "concierge" has come to us through a variety of etymological turnings...from the Latin verb conjugation "con serviens" meaning "to serve" and the Old French "cumserge" meaning "fellow servant." The combination of these words evolved into today's "concierge", which here in America represents "a doer of all things" within legal and moral limitations.

At Crescent Real Estate Equities, we view our customers as customers we serve on a daily basis to the best of our abilities and we are always looking for ways to improve on that service. The Corporate Concierge is one of those opportunities that allow Crescent to offer an extension of the drive to provide top service with reliability, professionalism, personal attention, accuracy, courtesy and promptness. For those reasons, Crescent has provided the service of Corporate Concierge Jaci Zweig.

Jaci has made a lifelong commitment to serve and assist others. After graduating from Purdue University, she taught at the University before deciding to move to Las Vegas. Once here, she worked in the airline industry for 8 years before deciding it was time to get her head out of the clouds. She helped create one of the first concierge jobs in Las Vegas, was the innovator of the VIP room in hotels & casinos, was a founding member of the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and earned her gold keys to Les Clefs d'Or International Concierge Society. After 15 years experience in the hotel and casino industry, Jaci was asked to create a Corporate Concierge position for the Howard Hughes Corporation and has been working through the transformations from Hughes to Rouse to Crescent. As the needs varied from hotel to corporate concierge, she founded the Nevada Chapter of the National Concierge Association. Now, with over 20 years experience as a concierge in Las Vegas, Jaci continues to serve the customers of Hughes Center with everything from airline reservations to zoo information and everything in-between, from A to Z.
